CERTIFICATION AB Selected pigs reared in straw barns and fed on organically grown cereals and oleaginous/proteaginous seeds. Our AB sausages are made from lean pork meats (70% ham, 30% shoulder), organically grown spices, Guérande salt - sea salt from Guérande naturally rich in minerals - provide a truly authentic flavour. The meats chopped with a large head grinder, encased in natural gut, aged slowly and naturally in our drying rooms, guarantee the traditional flavour of premium dry sausages.
